Back On Club Penguin!

As I said, I have returned to Club Penguin! My plan is to go on Club Penguin 3 or more days a week and my big return is on Saturday, January 30. I will be coming at 6 PM Club Penguin standard time. Server Parka, Room is the Light House! This is off topic, but I'm making a Club Penguin band! Now anyone interested comment and I will give you guys meeting dates!

Giant Squid Coming to Club Penguin??

OK Guys,

There have been a lot of theories of why the new Mine updates have happened, and why there is an Underwater Room. One of the most common theories is that this is because of a GIANT SQUID!

Hello Penguins!

It looks as if you're having a great time exploring at the Cave Expedition! There's been lots of creativity in the Mine lately - and we're really hoping you'll be able to help the team with a creative decision...

From January 29 to February 14, Quebec, Canada hosts a giant winter celebration called Carnival. It's the largest winter carnival in the world, and if you have the chance to go this year, you'll see a Club Penguin area with activities, lots of ice sculptures, and tons of surprises! There's even going to be an award-winning ice artist. We really want your help to decide the final ice sculpture he'll carve live during Carnival!! Click on the box that matches the one you'd like to see the most:

For those of us who can't be at the event, we'll have someone get a picture and I'll post it on the blog in February. Thanks for your help! We always get a great response for You Decide polls and we've had to turn the comments off so it doesn't get really slow. But they'll be back on for Monday's blog.

We've spotted tons of construction penguins helping in the Mine! Last week we asked your favorite way to help out when something like this happens, and Iceiceice said: 

My favorite job is bringing pizza and other refreshments around to workers! I really like it because it is really good excersise and i love the look on all the penguin's faces when they eat my pizzas, it's a great sence of accomplishment! Waddle on CP!

And speaking of helping, since the recent earthquake in Haiti, we've heard from many of you about how you want to help. Hope in Haiti!

OK Guys,

I'm sure you've heard about the disaster in Haiti!

This is what happened:

On Tuesday afternoon, a magnitude 7.0 earthquake hit Haiti!

It destroyed many properties, killed over 100,000 people, and left many injured and homeless!

Many charities including American Red Cross are sending health workers, scouts, and others to Haiti to help the people recover from this horrible disaster!

I, Jamesbond98, pledge to help the citizens of Haiti to recover by starting a foundation I call "Hope in Haiti"!

This site will be hosting a contest. You will have to write a poem, draw or make a picture, write a song, or anything else that will show you care for the citizens of Haiti. Send all projects to jamesbond98.jbcp@gmail.com, and the entry that shows the most dedication and effort, will win a Series 3 Club Penguin coin code. In the email, include your penguin name and in the subject line, put "Hope in Haiti". Spread the word, email your friends, anything you can to help out! Greetings Penguins -

Looks like lots of penguins - including construction workers and rescue squad - have headed down to the Mine to check out what's going on. Don't forget that the Cart Surfer game's right there!

If you need extra coins for the igloo and furniture catalogs that are coming soon, why not give it a shot? I polled a couple of experts around here and got some tips for the game:

Expert #1 - "Do lotsa backflips!"

Expert #2 - "Grind all the corners."

Expert #3 - "Crash on purpose to buy more time! Seriously!"

I tried 'em out! I even managed to get a couple of hundred coins in one game... Still, I think I can safely say one of my faves still is making dessert pizzas on the Pizzatron 3000. What's your high score? Let me know - and share any tips you've got.
